PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot melt composition which provides a moistureproof paper which is excellent in disaggregation property to water, moistureproof property, abrasion resistance, and blocking resistance. SOLUTION: This composition comprises (A) 30-55 pts.wt. of an amorphous poly-α-olefin, (B) 20-45 pts.wt. of a wax, (C) 2-20 pts.wt. of a polyolefin resin, (D) less than 3-10 pts.wt. of a resin giving adhesiveness, (E) 0-15 pts.wt. of an agent giving compatibility (The total of (A), (B), (C) and (D) is 100 pts.wt.).
