PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve absorption efficiency by improving the wettability of the surface of an absorbing pipe as a result of the formation of a nickel oxide film on the inner peripheral surface of the absorbing pipe, diffusing absorption liquid to a periphery without falling in drops and using the inner peripheral surface of the absorbing pipe. SOLUTION: Absorption liquid is dropped from a solution pan 47 in the upper part of an absorbing pipe 42 and diffused on the inner peripheral surface of the absorbing pipe 42 on which a nickel oxide film 65 is formed and guided to all the inner peripheral surface of the absorbing pipe 42 while it is diffused on a lath net 61 provided with an oxide film 64. Thus, the absorption liquid is diffused on all the inner peripheral surface of the absorbing pipe 42 and absorbs refrigerant vapor to improve an absorption efficiency.
