摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a conveyed object stably conveyable placed in a bulk condition or separated one by one independent condition, by controlling a plurality of suction devices, sucking a conveyed object through a hole sucked to a belt, so as to be placed successively in a suction condition. SOLUTION: A conveyed object 4 conveyed by an incoming conveyer 3 is first carried in to a conveyed object up-starting position 1a of an up-conveyer 1. Next a suction device 6 placed in the conveyed object up-starting position 1a is switched to a suction condition by a control means 7, the conveyed object 4 is sucked to a belt 2 through a belt hole 8. Each suction device 6 in a course of the conveyed object 4 is successively switched to the suction condition by the control means 7, and the conveyed object 4 is up-conveyed in a condition holding it sucked to the belt 2. After passing of the conveyed object 4, by controlling the suction device 6 in the suction condition so as to be switched to a suction stop condition during the time providing a prescribed space between the conveyed object 4 and the following conveyed object, the conveyed object 4 can be separated independently and stably conveyed.
