PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the irregularity of displacement and to enable cost reduction and mass production by suppressing the warpage of a piezoelectric block constituting a head segment in an ink-jet printing head. SOLUTION: Pressure chambers 2a, 2b are formed by flow channel plates 1a, 1b having piezoelectric elements and ink flow channels formed thereto and the effective piezoelectric element parts 6a, 6b of the piezoelectric elements 3 are arranged so as to form a part of the wall surfaces of the pressure chambers 2a, 2b and effective electrode layers 4a, 4b for forming the effective piezoelectric element parts 6a, 6b to the upper and lower parts of the piezoelectric elements 3 and the flow channel plates 1a, 1b independent up and down are provided so as to be opposed to the upper and lower effective electrode layers 4a, 4b and the upper and lower effective piezoelectric element parts 6a, 6b are formed into a mutually asymmetric structure and upper and lower nozzles 7a, 7b are aligned mutually in an up and down direction.
