PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing costs by holding a heating element between a signal electrode and a common electrode covering an entire face of the signal electrode, impressing a potential between the electrodes thereby making the heating element heat in a predetermined shape and transferring the heating shape directly to a medium to be heated. SOLUTION: A pattern to be printed to the front side of a substrate (e) is formed of a conductor and turned to the rear side of the substrate (e) at a signal electrode (b) through a through hole. A heating element (d) is formed flat onto the whole conductor of the printing pattern. A conductor is formed as a common electrode (c) on the heating element (d) similarly flat to the heating element (d). Subsequently, a protecting layer (a) is formed on the common electrode (c). When a potential is impressed to the signal electrode (b) and the common electrode (c), a current passing the heating element (d) increases, whereby an image of the printing pattern formed first becomes a heating pattern. The heating image transmits an image heat through the protecting layer (a) to a medium to be heated tightly adhering on the protecting layer (a), so that the medium is printed.
