本发明公开了一种模切、烫印的正压卧式平压平印刷包装机械。本发明的目的是提供一种压力大、速度高,上板台活动而下板台固定的正压卧式平压平模切、烫印机械。可以使被压印的纸张稳稳的停留在下板台上,在稳定的状态下被压印,从而提高产品质量,杜绝压手伤手事故。该机械若配以“无叨纸快速续纸系统”可以做为自动机或半自动机,整机效率提高,结构将相当简单,制造成本低廉,便于普及推广。

1、一种对纸张、瓦楞纸、纸板、皮革、塑板等进行模切或烫印的正压卧式平压平的印刷和包装机械。该机械有两块压印板台(1)(2),下板台(1)固联在机体上,为固定式,上板台(2)为活动式,其特征是上板台(2)的四角紧固有导轨(4),导轨(4)的四周安装有滑轨(10);上板台(2)的上平面开有两条燕尾槽,燕尾槽内滑动配合安装有燕尾斜铁(5),燕尾斜铁(5)上斜面紧固有轴承座(6),轴承座(6)通过轴承(7)与偏心主轴(8)连接,偏心主轴(8)的两端通过轴承(13)安装在机体墙板上。当主轴(8)转动时,带动上板台(2)做上下往复运动,并通过调整斜铁(5)在上下板台间形成一个自上而下的正压力,此压力大小可调,压切深度可调,均通过调整燕尾斜铁(5)得到。
