PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for separating, rounding and molding dough of food intended to improve an accuracy of molding when rounding and molding a separated dough of food while preventing the texture of the separated dough of food from being damaged. SOLUTION: This system is characteristically formed by the followings: rotatably mounting a pair of rotational shafts 13L and 13R on both the sides of a belt conveyor 5; forming eccentrically moving bodies 27L (27R), designed to eccentrically move on the basis of the axes of rotational shafts 15L and 15R, on the upper sides of the rotational shafts 13L and 13R, respectively; setting one side of a moving frame 9 to be rotatably supported by one eccentrically moving body 27L; setting the other side of a moving frame 9 to be rotatably supported by the other eccentrically moving body 27R; and forming eccentric movement-adjusting means 55 and 57 for adjusting the eccentric movements of the eccentrically moving bodies 27L and 27R, respectively. |
