PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To directly decompose dioxins stuck on ash left untouched and to restrain re-synthesis. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a rotary kiln 10 for agitating ash 'a', an UV light source 32 for radiating the agitated ash 'a' with ultraviolet light, an ozone feeding means 35 for feeding ozone, and a catalyst coated agitating plate 44 coated with a TiO2 base photocatalyst inside the rotary kiln 10. Furthermore, a heater 48 for holding the environmental temperature of the ash 'a' below 250 deg.C is provided. |
