PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shirt effective for suppressing the increase of body temperature in playing sports such as golf in summer season and capable of reducing fatigue by suppressing the consumption of energy. SOLUTION: The objective shirt is provided with a shirt body 4 having a pocket 12 at the upper middle part of the inner face of the cloth contacting with the back of the wearing person and a flat cooling material 20 produced by wrapping a water-absorbing polymer fiber absorbent containing water- absorbing fiber and having wooly form or nonwoven fabric form with a cloth having moisture and water permeability. The cooling material 20 is removably inserted into the pocket 12.
