摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with variable dimension connectors by forming a connector with an elastic member, and fastening parts being in close contact with the upper part side and lower part side of the connector in a clamped state to the upper mold and lower mold, and thereby forming a mold part in a manner allowing each close contact part to be in close contact with the outer peripheral part of the connector during mold clamping. SOLUTION: The upper mold 20 is formed of a recessed part 21 being in conformity with the upside mold part 11 of a substrate 10 and a filling port or the like of an upper side packing 22 and resin member being in contact with the upper surface of the outer peripheral part of a connector 12 and upper side outer peripheral part at both sides for retaining the substrate 10. The packing 22 is formed with an elastic member or the like, and buried in a groove 25 to be secured thereto in a state projecting from the adjacent surface of the outer peripheral part of the connect in the recessed part 21. Also, a lower mold 27 is similarly buried in a groove 29 in a state of a packing 45 projecting from the adjacent surface of the outer peripheral part of the connector 21 in a recessed part 28. Besides, when mold clamping is executed, a distance between the packing 22 and the tip end part of the packing 45 is made slightly smaller than the minimum dimensions of the controller 12.
