PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube internal grinding device capable of enhancing a grinding efficiency by enlarging the feed stroke per rotation of a work of a moving table without causing irregular grinding even when grinding wheels follow the inner surface of the work. SOLUTION: The head stand 21 of a grinding head 17 is mounted on the tip end of a support arm 4 provided for a moving table by way of a four node parallel link 18. In the grinding head 17, a driving pulley 24 formed out of an elastic body is mounted on the tip end of a driving shaft 23 removably supported by the head stand 21, a driven pulley 26 is mounted on the tip end of a driven shaft 25 parallel with the driving shaft 23, and an abrasive belt 17 is wound around the driving pulley 24 and the driven pulley 26.
