PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel seal structure preventing the entry of water and the like in an installing section of a cylindrical mount. SOLUTION: A seal member 10 having a cylindrical or ring-shaped tilting wall part 64 is externally fitted on an inner cylindrical member 14 of a cylindrical mount 20 to be attached in a state where axially compressed between both member 22, 24 to be vibration isolating joined, thereby covering an abut fixing section to one member 22 to be vibration isolating joined of the inner cylindrical member 14 with the seal member 10. A drain passage 70 axially extending between an outer peripheral surface of the inner cylindrical member 14 and the seal member 10 is formed. If water and the like enter over the seal member 10, retention of the water and the like in the seal member 10 is prevented by the drain passage 70.
