<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent abnormal wear of a brush due to adhesion of leaking oils in a coil rotating type electromagnetic clutch. SOLUTION: An electromagnetic coil 2 is electrically insulated and positioned on a rotor 1. A sliding current-carrying mechanism including collector rings 19, 20, and brushes 22, 23 pressingly sliding against the collector rings 19, 20 is provided at an inner peripheral side of a compressor boss part 6a. The electromagnetic coil 2 carries a current through the sliding current-carrying mechanism. The collector rings 19, 20 are held by the rotor 1 via a collector ring holding member 18 and the brushes 22, 23 are held by the compressor boss part 6a via a brush holding member 24. At the brush holding member 24, a cylindrical sleeve 30 projecting outward in an axial direction from a sliding face of the collector rings 19, 20 and brushes 22, 23 is provided at an area on an inner peripheral side from the brushes 22, 23.</p> |
