PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball joint having a function for adjusting the size of torque necessary to operate a ball stud, and suppressing the fluctuation of the torque to ease controlling of the torque. SOLUTION: In a ball joint 1 having a ball seat 3 for slidably and fittedly engaging the ball part 2a of a ball stud 2, and a housing 4 for holding the seat 3; a structure for screwing the seat 3 into the housing 4 is equipped to make the operating torque of the stud 2 adjustable by the screwing structure.
