PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerant having uniform liquid and gas stage when a non-azeotropic mixture refrigerant is used in a refrigerant circuit and provide heat-exchange performance equivalent to that when a refrigerant of a single component is used. SOLUTION: This air-conditioner is formed that a non-azeotropic mixture refrigerant is circulated through a refrigerant circuit formed that a compressor 1, a four-way valve 2, an outdoor heat-exchanger 3, a pressure reducer 4, and an indoor heat-exchanger 5 are interconnected, in the order, through a piping. In this case, a part of piping 6 to interconnect the outdoor heat-exchanger 3 and the pressure reducer 4 is attached in close contact with a suction pipe 7 of the compressor 1 and heat is transferred therebetwee.
