PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adiabatic duplex tube piping favourable in an adiabatic hot insulation effect, to contribute to energy saving and to also contribute to environmental maintenance of hygiene environment of a plant, etc., and its connection coupler for the duplex tube. SOLUTION: It is connection couplers 1, 2 for a duplex tube to connect the duplex tube made of an inner tube to pass fluid and an outer tube 12 to cover it and constituted of a pair of flanges, each of the flanges 1, 2 has a communication port free to communicate only to the inner tube, and it is the connection coupler for the duplex tube having a packing installing part 15 to prevent leakage of fluid at the time of connecting the inner tube. Additionally, it is a duplex tube type adiabatic piping connected by using the connection coupler for the duplex tube. This duplex tube type adiabatic piping is constituted of the inner tube and the outer tube 12 to cover it, and a closed space 19 formed of these outer tube and inner tube can be vacuum or filled with a heat insulating material.
