PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an initialset load adjusting device for vehicular suspension device having excellent operability and appearance. SOLUTION: This initialset load adjusting device 20 for a vehicular suspension device 1 is composed of an adjusting cover 21 disposed so as to hold one end on a vehicular body side of a suspension spring 8 and surround at least a part of the suspension spring 8, an adjusting cam 30 formed with a cam surface 31 changing stepwise, and a stopper 14 protruded on a main body side abutting on the cam surface 31 of the adjusting cam 30. The adjusting cam 30 axially abuts on a receiving surface 25 formed close to an end part of the adjusting cover 21, and integrally disposed with the adjusting cover 21 rotatable in a circumferencial direction. A grip portion 28 is provided on an outer peripheral surface of the adjusting cover 21.
