PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a coupling structure as being hard to produce any insertional looseness and play in space between a coupled member and a joint member inserted into the insertion hole. SOLUTION: A clamp screw 4 is set up in place from the outside of a frame member 2 in the form of piercing through the wall part of a joint inserting hole 21 and an inserted part 31 of a joint member 3. On the other hand, A tip part of this clamp screw 4 projecting to a backside of the inserted part 31 is screwed with a nut member 5 to be set up in a state of being rotation preventive to this inserted part 31. In addition, this coupling structure is provided with a cam mechanism 6 which transmits a screwing thrust to be produced in the nut member 5 by a rotational operation of the clamp screw 4 to the inserted part 31 as converting it into the force of retraction into the joint inserting hole 21. The clamp screw 4 is rotatively operated and it is clamped into the nut member 5, thereby clamping it together with the frame member 2 corresponding to the inserted part 31, and on the basis of the retraction force being produced in the inserted part 31 by the cam mechanism 6, an opening peripheral edge part of the joint inserting hole 21 of the frame member 2 is forcibly pressed and locked to each stopper part 32 saliently formed at individual base end positions of each inserted part 31 integrally with this.
