RESIN COMPOSITION AND LAMINATE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition wherein a resin pressure inside an extruder is not increased in a scrap return or a long-term continuous operation and the exclusion of a gel-shaped matter (gum) is considerably reduced, with excellent melt moldability, and also a laminate thereof. SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises a thermoplastic resin (A), a saponified product (B) of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer having an ethylene content of 20 to 60 mole% and a degree of saponification of not less than 98 mole%, and a saponified product (C) of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, which is reduced in degree of saponification of the vinyl acetate component by a re-acetylation method and has an ethylene content of 20 to 60 mole% and a degree of saponification of 98 mole% or below.
