PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shock absorber control device which can ensure running stability and increase riding comfort. SOLUTION: This is an automotive shock absorber control device equipped with a shock absorber whose damping force can be changed. When a roll control condition is not satisfied, the damping force of the shock absorber is kept at a predetermined normal value. When the roll control condition is satisfied, the damping force of the shock absorber is kept at a roll control value which is higher than the normal value. After that, when the roll control condition is not satisfied, the damping force of the shock absorber is kept at a hold value, which is lower than the roll control value by a predetermined value, and then decreased to the normal value.
