PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly produce a dispersion containing an excellently dispersed fine particle (dispersoid) with a little power. SOLUTION: A supercritical fluid dispersion is produced by stirring and mixing a fine particle and a supercritical fluid in a supercritical dispersion tank 1. On the other hand, the dispersant is gasified by a dispersant gas generation apparatus 18 to produce a dispersant gas. The supercritical fluid dispersion and the dispersant gas are brought into contact and mixed with each other in a dispersant gas contact apparatus 16 to evaporate the supercritical fluid and to cool and liquefy the dispersant gas. Consequently, a dispersion comprising the liquefied dispersant and the fine particle dispersed in the dispersant in primarily granulated state can be obtained.
