PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase friction on both dry-on-ice and wet-on-ice roads by adding a specific size of porous particles to a rubber base material at a specific ratio. SOLUTION: To 100 wt. parts of rubber base material are added 2-30 wt. parts of porous particles 2 having an average particle diameter of 20μm or less and a specific surface area of 800 m2/g or more. Accordingly, on the surface of rubber 1, many porous particles 2 appear, whereby an uneven face is formed. This uneven face exhibits an edge effect of scraping off an ice road, and exhibits an effect of removing water by absorbing a water film on the ice surface. As a result, large friction is generated on an icy road. Moreover, since the diameter of the porous particles is small, the uneven portion becomes minute such that contact area with the road becomes large. Therefore, the effect of removing a water film and the edge effect can be effectively exhibited on both dry-on-ice and wet-on-ice roads. As a result, considerably high friction can be obtained.
