PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate outstandingness of a rewritable area on a card, or outstandingness of the rewritable area due to a fading or a discoloration with time by laminating a rewritable layer on one section on the surface of a card base material, and at the same time, laminating a decorative layer in a manner to cover at least a part of the section. SOLUTION: A rewritable layer 2 is laminated at certain sections on the right and the left on a card base material 1, and a decorative layer 3 is laminated at one section on the left side on the rewritable layer 2. The decorative layer 3 is laminated as one layer which, e.g. continues to an area wherein there is no rewritable layer 2 on the left side, and the card base material 1 is exposed. That is, one section of the rewritable layer 2 is concealed with the decorative layer 3. In this case, if the optical density of the decorative layer 3 is high, a content recorded on the rewritable layer 2 becomes invisible, and the optical density which is measured by a reflection is preferable to be 0.8 or lower, being equivalent to the density of a recording on the rewritable layer 2. Then, the decorative layer 3 may be a uniformly colored layer without patterns, or a pattern layer.
|
