<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact-type IC card or the like which is free from the generation of creases or an uneven pattern on the surface of an image receiving layer previously formed for thermally transferring a face image and has a small thickness with a uniformly thick face image. SOLUTION: This card with an image receiving layer comprises a rear surface sheet 1, an electronic part 4 for a card provided on the sheet 1 and a first surface sheet 5 with an image receiving layer for sealing the electronic part 4. In addition, the card is of a laminated structure that the second surface sheet 1, the first surface sheet 5 and the electronic part 4 are laminated together with an interposed adhesive sheets 10A, 10B under specified fabrication temperature conditions. Further, the specified thickness of the adhesive sheets 10A, 10B of the upper and the lower layer of the electronic part 4 after lamination is at least 30% the thickness of the electronic part 4. Under this structure, the thickness of the adhesive layer between the surface of the electronic part 4 and the first surface sheet 5 and the rear surface of the electronic part 4 and the rear surface sheet 1, can be made uniform. Besides, the card with an image receiving layer is resistant to high temperatures.</p> |
