ULTRA-THIN MULTI-FILAMENT PACKAGE OF POLYESTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultra-thin multi-filament package of polyester involving less generation of feather and unlikely to generate a difference in dye attachment in individual or composite provisional twining process. SOLUTION: A package of polyester ultra-thin fibers is spun in fusion at a spinning speed of 2500 m/min or more and has a single yarn fineness after being taken up of 1.0 denir or less and a number of filaments of 50-300, wherein the weight of package completely wound should range from 5 to 15 kg, and the water content of the yarn at the innermost layer and outermost layer be below 0.5 wt.% while the difference in the water content between the innermost and outermost layers be below 0.2 wt.%.
