PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rivet setting device including a magazine strip tension means operatable in a pneumatic and/or hydraulic method. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a rivet setting means 3, a drive part 5 to start the rivet setting means 3 and a magazine strip tension means having a roll linked with the drive part 5. By this arrangement, the pneumatic and/or hydraulic linear drive including a piston-cylinder means is arranged to the drive part 5 so that this type rivet setting device is made operatably by a pneumatic and/or hydraulic method, and further, a gear device 6 is arranged so as to at least transiently convert the linear motion of the piston- cylinder means 5 into the rotary motion of a roll. |
