PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress dazzling or a pressing mark based on a reflection of a light by forming a surface of a decorative layer at specific values of glossiness and surface roughness. SOLUTION: A surface of a decorative layer 21 of the decorative plate 100 is set to 5 deg. or less of glossiness and 1 to 20μm Rmax of a surface roughness. A method for manufacturing the plate comprises the steps of disposing treated paper 10 obtained by laminating a polypropylene resin film having a thickness of 0.11 mm underneath a stainless steel sheet 50, and sequentially laminating melamine resin-impregnated paper 20 having a thickness of 0.06 mm, pattern paper 30 having a thickness of 0.1 mm and a fine spot pattern, and a plurality of phenol resin-impregnated paper 40 having thickness of 0.2 mm toward the paper 10. The method further comprises the steps of press bonding them integrally by a thermal press bonder 60, then cooling it, then releasing the paper 10 from the paper 20, harmonizing it with the fine pattern of the sheet 30, thereby obtaining the plate 100 having the layer 21 exhibiting a suede style appearance. |
