PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an energy cost extremely low by connecting a gas turbine to a generator, and using the gas turbine waste gas for a pre-heating of combustion air by passing the gas turbine waste gas through a pre-heater. SOLUTION: Air Al is jetted into a compressor 11 which is driven by a gas turbine 13 and is compressed, and in a combustor 12, a gas G is charged to the compressed air and burned. By introducing the gas G to the gas turbine 13, a generation is performed by a generator 14, and at the same time, the waste gas of the gas turbine 13 is passed through a pre-heater 3 for combustion air A, and the combustion air A is pre-heated. In this case, a denitration is performed when the waste gas which has passed the pre-heater 3 is discharged to the atmosphere, and for this denitration, demineralized water is fed to the combustor 12. Then, when the waste gas, which has passed through a waste gas treating equipment 15 such as a wet scrubber from a waste heat boiler 5, is discharged to the atmosphere from a chimney 16, the waste gas at approx. 200 deg.C, which has passed the pre-heater 3, is injected for the prevention of a white fume. |
