PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save a working cost by constructing a tower of a wind power generation device for a short period without affecting peripheral environment. SOLUTION: A tower 1 is erected on a sea bottom sand Ga. An upper portion of the tower 1 is projected from sea level W.L. A wind power generation part 3 is arranged on the tower 1 by means of a platform 2. The tower 1 has a hollow base block 1A arranged on the sea bottom sand Ga through a falldown preventive frame 4, and a tower body 1B composed of a plurality of divided blocks 1a to 1d superposed on the base block 1A. The tower body 1B and the power generation part 3 are unitedly connected to the base block 1A by means of a connection means 5. |
