PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly protect a building and to facilitate the repair work by integrally forming a garage inner space as a part of a building skeleton, and removably installing a protective block made of a frame type solid body surrounding the inner periphery of the front entrance of the space, from the building skeleton. SOLUTION: The lower inner periphery 4 of a protective block 3 and the floor surface 5 of a garage inner space 1 are arranged to be nearly flush with each other. The protective block 3 is installed at the front entrance portion of the garage inner space 1. A plurality of anchor bolts 13 are protruded around the protective block 3. Nuts 15 are screwed and fastened to the anchor bolts 13 to connect and fix the protective block 3 to a building skeleton 2. When the connection between the anchor bolts 13 and the nuts 15 is released, the protective block 3 can be removed from the building skeleton 2. A building can be firmly protected, the repair work is simplified, and the external appearance can be improved with no sense of incompatibility.
