PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten an execution period by providing a heat insulating material in the space surrounded by horizontal frames connected to gable beams or ascending beams and vertical frames connected to vertical roof struts to form a heat insulating section behind face bars, and providing an airtight section around the heat insulating section. SOLUTION: In a building panel 1 for constructing the gable wall of a building, a heat insulating material 8 is provided in the space surrounded by horizontal frames 4, 5 connected to gable beams or ascending beams and vertical frames 6, 7 connected to vertical roof struts to form a heat insulating section 3 behind face bars. An airtight section formed with soft materials is provided on the peripheral side faces of the heat insulating section 3, and the airtight section is formed with a gasket material 91 molded with loop-like or fin-like gasket sections on the vertical frames 6, 7 and with a sheet-like cushion material 92 on the horizontal frames 4, 5. The heat insulating section 3 of the building panel 1 is mounted on the gable beams and inserted between the vertical roof struts, then the ascending beams are arranged to press the airtight section above the heat insulating section 3. The heat insulation and airtightness of the gable wall can be easily executed in a short time.
