PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile material drawing resistance reducting device capable of reducing the drawing resistance acting on the circumference of a pile material. SOLUTION: A pile material drawing resistance reducing device is equipped with a plurality of jet pipes 3 parallel with a plurality of places around a pile material to be pulled out and jetting jet water to the ground around the pile material from nozzles on the front ends.
