PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety and appearance by providing a plurality of notches which piping materials or wiring materials are to be inserted into, on the side faces and arranging drainage slopes inclining from the center to the peripheral edges, on the top face, in a box-form block floor material, the underside of which is open. SOLUTION: A plurality of notches 12 which piping materials or wiring materials are inserted into are provided on the side faces 11 of a box 1, the underside of which is open. A plurality of surface finishing materials 1B is arranged integrally on the body 1A. Drainage slopes 1D inclining from the center to the peripheral edge are arranged on the top positions of the body 1A that are equivalent to joints 1C between adjacent surface finishing materials 1B. A single or a plurality of block floor materials 10 are used, thereby concealing and protecting water pipes or electrical wires or the like, preventing an accidental fall or the like, tipping on them, and improving the appearance around a garden, on the ground or the floor of a veranda in a house.
