PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control generation of abnormal noise and vibration caused by crossed axes angle at a joint portion in a driving force transmission system of an all-wheel drive vehicle, without increasing the number of parts. SOLUTION: A transfer 100 is provided with a distribution input shaft 110 to which a driving force from a transmission 103 is transmitted, a main gear 11 provided thereon, a distribution output shaft 120 to which a driving force of the distribution input shaft 110 is transmitted, an output gear 121 provided thereon, and a counter gear 131 which is interveningly disposed between the main gear 111 and the output gear 121 and which transmits a rotation of the main gear 111 to the output gear 121. The output gear 121 is made of a bevel gear, and the distribution input shaft 110 and the distribution output shaft 120 cross each other at a predetermined angle (10 degrees).
