PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the noise of flow being generated outside an evaporator by limiting the vibration of a partition plate, namely an end plate. SOLUTION: A device is composed by laminating plates 1 and 20 for determining direction with first and second longitudinal end parts that oppose each other, an end plate 20 is arranged at two axial end parts that oppose each other, a separation member for converting the direction of the flow of a coolant that is circulated in an axial direction is provided at a specified direction- determining plate, thus including a heat loop with a heat exchanger for feeding a coolant to a channel region and moving the coolant from one to the other of the end parts in the longitudinal direction in the longitudinal direction of the direction-determining plates 1 and 20 within the channel region. In this case, at least one separation member is provided with at least one reinforcing means that is integrated with at least one portion of the separation members 6 and 26.
