PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail fixture which can be fixed to the upper part of a shutter rail erected in an opening of a case to prevent the formation of a gap for insects, and a shutter rail. SOLUTION: A pair of fixtures are symmetrically arranged and fixed onto right and left upper inside faces of an opening of a case for fixing a detachable shutter rail at its upper part. In a plane, a guide groove 5 for a shutter is formed between an inner plate 3 and an outer plate 4 arranged perpendicular to each other at the middle before and behind the inside face of a longitudinally elongated outside plate 2, an inside plate 6 is arranged in parallel to the outside plate 2 in front of the end of the outer plate 4, a fitting groove 7 is formed between the inside plate 6 and the outside plate 2, and elastic locks 11, 12 are formed on plate faces 5, 6 encircling the fitting groove 7. When an engagement piece 30 of the shutter rail 17 is pushed and fitted through its front face into the fitting groove 7, the guide groove 5 is located in communication with a guide groove 21 in the shutter rail so that the elastic locks 11, 12 can restrict the pull-out of the engagement member 30.
