An actuator base comprises an elongated rectangular frame portion (31). In the actuator base, a pair of yoke portions (32) are formed to exit between longitudinal sides (31-1) of the frame portion (31) opposing each other. The forming of the actuator base is performed by punching the frame portion and the pair of yoke portions unitarily from one metallic plate.
