PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To harmonize with nature when building retaining walls is constructed by embedding a plurality of natural slates having anchor bars on the reverse sides on the surface of a concrete board with an appropriate joint width through elastic reverse material applied from the reverse to the periphery and holding the slates by concrete fixing frames bulged-out in the joints. SOLUTION: The precast concrete board 1 is comprised of a concrete board 2 rectangular in plane, a natural slate 3, on the surface of which hexagonal patterns 4 are formed and truss reinforcement 5 arranged on the reverse of the concrete board 2. The slate 3 is hexagonal in plane, has thickness as appropriate, and has irregularities of natural stone on the surface and the periphery. However, the reverse is formed flatly and has two pieces of anchor hardwares 6 in a projected state. By building retaining walls from such precast concrete boards, the retaining walls look like a stone fence built by stacking natural stone.
