PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet unit capable of producing a wide and calm space even when a Western style stool and a hand washing unit are efficiently arranged in a narrow toilet, a partition dividing a hand washing zone and a stool zone is provided, and a storage shelf and a handrail are provided. SOLUTION: A Western style stool 1 is arranged in such a way that it is directed to the direction of the center of a toilet room using one of four corners of the toilet room as the back, and a hand washing unit 3 is arranged in such a way that it is directed to the direction of the center of the toilet room using the corner adjacent to the corner at which the Western style stool 1 is arranged as the back. Consequently, a space at the time of use of the Western style stool 1 and the hand washing unit 3 can be widened, and the space can be effectively utilized in a narrow toilet to provide a toilet unit having the calm space.
