PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for an on-vehicle hydraulic unit capable of being mounted from the upper side of a vehicle when producing at a factory and performing a work from the side when the unit is removed. SOLUTION: An on-vehicle bracket is constituted of a car body bracket 61 which is mounted on a car body and has a projecting part 62 fitted into a third fitting hole 23 of a hydraulic unit 2, a first unit bracket 63 which is fixed to the car body bracket 61, is vertically raised and has a cutout part capable of engaging a fitting member 5 fitted into a first fitting hole 21 and a second unit bracket 64 which is freely attachably/detachably arranged in the car body bracket 61 and has a cutout part capable of engaging the fitting member 5 fitted into a second fitting hole 22. When the hydraulic unit 2 is mounted, the positioning of the hydraulic unit 2 for the on-vehicle bracket is performed at three pints of the first, second and third fitting holes 21, 22 and 23.
