PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drum feeder capable of feeding a wire member from a drum to a next process device by appropriate quantity without breaking the wire member wound to the drum in a large quantity. SOLUTION: When a feed quantity of a wire 20 by a drum feeder 1 is smaller than a take-out quantity by a cutting device 21, an inclined angle of an oscillation arm 7 is increased and a rotational speed of a drum 3 is increased. On the other hand, when a feed quantity of the wire 20 is larger than a take out quantity, the inclined angle is deceased. Further, since a transfer route of the wire 20 between first/second rollers 5, 6 is lengthened/shortened by a third roller 10 of the oscillation arm 7, this length adjustment is turned to a margin, a feed quantity of the wire 20 is adjusted. Accordingly, the wire 20 is fed to a next cutting device 21 by appropriate quantity.
