SOLUTION: This method for producing a fried rice cracker has a process of an added food materials-seasoning process for impregnating an seasoning liquid to the food materials to be added, a dough-producing process for forming a rice cracker dough by wrapping the seasoned added food materials with starch, a dough-baking process for baking the produced rice cracker dough, a baked rice cracker dough-cooling process for cooling the baked rice cracker dough and a dough-frying process for frying the cooled rich cracker dough with an edible oil, and is characterized by using small pieces of a cuttlefish as it is as the added food material.
