PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with an electric heater for superheating an ice forming mold by providing a water supply system coupling a pump and the ice forming mold each other through a water supply line, and a refrigeration system including a compressor, a condenser, an expansion device, and a receiver. SOLUTION: An ice making unit 8 is disposed on an ice storing box and provided with a water supply system coupling a pump 42 and an ice forming mold 46 each other through a water supply line 48. Further, a refrigeration system 100 is provided in same ice making unit 8 wherein a condenser 114 is coupled with a compressor 112 through a refrigeration line 113. Further, a receiver 118 and an evaporator 128 are coupled directly trough refrigeration lines 131, 133 provided with a valve 136 and a thermal expansion valve 126 is coupled with the compressor 112 through a refrigeration line 123. According to the arrangement, an electric heater for superheating the ice forming mold 46 can be eliminated.
