PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress cracking due to the lack of elongation at the time of forming the extruded material of an aluminum alloy by bending work. SOLUTION: The extruded material of the aluminum alloy is clamped with a clamping die 2, forming is stopped when a prescribed amount is bent and, successively by clamping the extruded material with a clamping die 6 and executing bending work again, a desired formed parts by bending is obtained. Places where are not hardened by working when the extruded material is preliminarily formed are preferentially deformed. Since tensile deformation is generated uniformly in the wide range and the total elongation is improved, the cracking is suppressed.
