PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need of a troublesome pre-processing process such as pushing-in of a layered bag comprising an inner layer bag for storing objects to be stored inserted into an outer layer bag and to avoid a mixture of foreign matters into the bag by at least overlaying sheets on a base of both inner and outer layers for sealing. SOLUTION: The multi-layered bag 1 is simultaneously formed as a cylinder by an inflation ply separation process and is formed as a double bag comprising an outer layer bag 2 and an inner layer bag 3 where opening ends on upper and lower parts are overlaid and sealed. The inner layer bag 3 is filled with objects 7 to be processed, and both inner and outer layer bags 2, 3 are formed with an upper end seal 5 and a base seal 6. A lubricant (talc) may be provided in advance between a gap 4 between the outer layer bag 2 and the inner layer bag 3 in this case. Thus the gap 4 between the outer bag 2 and the inner bag 3 prevents external movement from transmitting directly to the inner layer bag 3, whereby even if the outer layer bag 2 is broken or receives shock to cause a pin hole, the shock may not be directly transmitted to the inner layer bag 3, avoiding the influence exerted on the bag 3.
