PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drop crops as they are in a horizontal condition from their upper parts and layer them horizontally in good order in a crop bucket, by interlockingly moving a crop receiver opened and closed in a state of a double- leafed hinged door and a pusher. SOLUTION: A crop 8 cut off by a shear 17 is fed to a prescribed position by a conveying roller 18. Thereafter, the crop is extruded to the upward of a crop bucket 7 by a pusher 1 and moved. Simultaneously with this operation, the crop is held by a crop receiver 2, moved integrally with the pusher 1, and conveyed to the upward of the crop bucket 7 with the crop left as holding a horizontal condition. An actuator 4 is operated and the crop receiver 2 is rotated downward 90 degrees through a rack pinion, that is, placed in a hinged state of a double-leafed hinged door. In this way, the crop 8 is dropped in the crop bucket 7. The crop 8, by dropping in a horizontal condition, can be successively layered on the crop 8 previously dropped.
