PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the air permeability between a top sheet and the skin by joining fiber assemblage of a specific density and basis weight to the rear surface of a plastic film, which has many apertures of a specific hole diameter and liquid conduit tubes having a specific front end hole diameter and length and is alternately formed with peaks and valleys, in such a manner as to embed the liquid conduit tubes therein. SOLUTION: The thickness of the upper layer sheet 12 of the top sheet 2 is specified to 0.01 to 0.1 mm and the peaks 11 and the valleys 12 are alternately iterated in the transverse direction of the napkin and are extended in a longitudinal direction. The apertures 13 of 0.2 to 6 mm in the hole diameter and the hydrophilic liquid conduit tubes 14 of 0.1 to 5 mm in the front end diameter and 0.2 to 4 mm in the length at the peripheral edges thereof toward the rear surface of the film are formed. The fiber assemblage of 0.01 to 0.1 g/cm2 in the density and 10 to 80 g/m2 in basis weight is formed of thermoplastic synthetic resin fibers, by which the lower layer sheet 7 is formed. The upper layer sheet 6 and the lower layer sheet 7 are joined by an adhesive or fusing in such a manner that the liquid conduit tubes 14 are extended into the lower layer sheet 7. As a result, the deformation of the liquid conduit tubes 14 may be prevented and the air permeability may be improved. |
