PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten molding cycle by pressing and filling a raw material in a portable container, transferring this portable container to be located above a cavity of a press, and transferring the raw material into the cavity to uniformly fill the raw material with excellent density even when raw powder is inferior in flowability and density balance. SOLUTION: A raw material (powder or a mixture containing the powder) is pressed and filled in a portable container 28. Making use of the time when the raw material is pressed by a press 1, the portable container 28 is located below a through hole 10A in a support plate 10 by a horizontal moving mechanism 30 in a state where the portable container 28 is faced upward by an inverting mechanism 38, and the portable container 28 is elevated by a vertically moving mechanism and fitted to the through hole 10A in the support plate 10. Piston rods of cylinders before and behind a shutter are advanced to the right and piston rods of cylinders above and below the shutter are retracted upward to separate the shutter from an opening part of the portable container 28 and bring it close to a magnetizing mechanism 40 side. |
