SOLUTION: The device comprises a vertical sealing machine 3 for forming vertical seal lines 31 on sheet-like wrappings 30 superimposed and supplied, a lateral sealing machine 32 for forming seal lines 32 across the vertical seal line 31 while leaving non-seal parts 34 continuing in the direction of the supply of the wrappings 30, and a pulling means 18 for pulling the non-seal parts 34 in the direction of the supply of the wrappings 30 and tautening the wrappings 30. |
