PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture and to easily recycle when damaged by adhering a fluororesin film to a surface of a metal plate to form an intermediate plate for a laminate to be applied to a multilayer printed circuit board or the like. SOLUTION: A fluororesin film 2 is laminated onto a surface of a metal plate 1 to form an intermediate plate 3 for a laminate. In this case, as the plate 1, it is not particularly limited, and as the plate 3, a stainless steel plate, an aluminum plate or the like which has been used as the plate 3 is used. Meanwhile, as the film 2, a polytetrafluoroethylene film, a tetrafluoroethylene- hexafluoroethylene copolymer film or the like is used. Such a fluororesin film 2 can be adhered to the plate 1 by heating press bonding by using an adhesive. From this, it is preferable to use the film of one side adhesive type for previously forming an adhesive layer on one side surface of the film. |
